Hi Mary, I am so sorry to hear about this. If I’m hearing this correctly, the company has now compensated you +56 of the amount that you’ve paid for. All because the order was missing 2 gummies. This to me is outstanding customer service and proof that the company goes above and beyond to try and make things right. Perhaps it was a production issue that caused this to happen. I’m not entirely sure, but what I do know is that the fact that they gave you two free bottles shows just how dedicated they are to providing a good customer experience for all.

The first one, I purchased. It only had 28 gummies in it (Supposed to be 30- it even says it on the bottle), so I contacted Not Pot, and they sent me a free bottle. I thought it was an anomaly. The I got the second bottle. Same thing- only 28 gummies. I sent another e mail, to let them know that again, it was only 38 and they must have a production problem and suggested they needed to remedy the problem for themselves.
They offered another free bottle. I just received it today. Again, only 28 gummies. That’s three of three bottles with only 28 gummies. This is false advertising and despite feedback, it seems that nothing has been done to ensure that customers are receiving what they ordered. This is a real problem and the company should be concerned about this.
